Trial and billing
Subscriptions offer monthly or annual billing. Prices, trials and page allowances follow the selected offer, which renews automatically at that interval. Price changes apply to new subscriptions; existing subscriptions keep their original price and benefit version. Cancel before renewal.
Redraw pages become available monthly with no rollover, including on annual plans. Eligible accounts may start the card-required trial shown for their plan. Re-subscribing or selecting a different plan does not reset trial eligibility.
Stop future renewal
Sign in to your website account or use the extension account entry to manage the subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not automatically erase benefits already valid; rely on the expiry shown in your account.
Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want paid renewal. Uninstalling, closing the browser or signing out does not cancel a subscription. Email [email protected] if you cannot access your account.
Page allowance versus payment
A task reservation is separate from a payment transaction. Explicit failure releases reserved pages under the rules; an unknown result is verified first. This is not an automatic refund of subscription fees. Valid existing results remain accessible after membership expiry, while new tasks use the entitlement at acceptance.
Request billing help or a refund
For duplicate charges, abnormal transactions or unusable service, email your account identifier, order/transaction ID, date and a description. Never send a full card number, password or token.
We review the order, service circumstances, payment-channel rules and applicable consumer rights, then explain the outcome. Approval is not automatic, and this policy does not exclude mandatory refund or withdrawal rights. Approved refunds arrive according to the payment provider and card issuer’s processing time.
